According to reports, China Mobile's intelligent sub-chain of all things collaborate with millions of partners in the industry chain to seek common needs, form teams, create mechanisms, build an ecosystem, and win a win-win future, so as to promote the high-quality development of the Internet of Things industry chain. The sub-chain will provide a number of policy support for on-chain partners in terms of demand traction, R&D cooperation, capital support, and innovation incubation.

R&D cooperation policy: Relying on the "co-creation +" plan, a joint laboratory will be set up to carry out new joint R&D, participate in the construction of a national innovation cooperation platform, and form a team to undertake national special projects
capital support policy: priority to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and priority to be supported by the China Mobile Chain Length Fund for enterprise innovation and development joint fund projects
